How do I get there and where do I park?

We are located on Osamequin Farm at 80 Walnut St, Seekonk MA.

Winter Conditions Access & Parking

After heavy snowfall or in conditions with 6"+ of snow on the ground, please park by the farm stand that is on your right, shortly after you turn onto Walnut St. You should see a big "PARKING" sign. From there, it is a 5-7 min walk on a trail to the sauna so plan to arrive at least 10 min before you scheduled time. We will also send a reminder before your session about this when conditions apply!

During this time, if temperatures are below freezing, the cold plunge will also not be available as our water tanks will be frozen. We predict the cold air and snow will be a great "cold plunge" anyway!

Regular Conditions Access & Parking

In all other times, parking is right next to the sauna. Located 0.3 miles from the entrance, follow the signs down the paved road, onto the dirt road, through the wooden gate.

What should I bring to my session?

Bathing suit, towel, water bottle, and sandals. We recommend arriving already in your suit.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving at least 5 min before your session start time.

Is there a bathroom and changing area on site?

We are off-grid. There is a porta potty within walking distance of the sauna.

We will have a small portable changing tent. We recommend arriving already in your suit and/or changing in your car if you can!

What if I have to reschedule or cancel?

For a full refund, cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time for private sessions and 24 hours prior for public sessions.

Is alcohol allowed?

We welcome snacks and non-alcoholic drinks but no alcohol on site please!

Are children allowed?

Children must be at least 16 years old to enter or use the sauna and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Are dogs allowed?

No, unfortunately, outside dogs are not allowed on the farm.
